Investment question

I get stock alerts for companies in which I own stock or those that I am watching with the possibility of buying at some point.

Based on these alerts, several directors at one of these companies each bought 50,000 shares of stock in their own company.

What, if anything, does this mean for the company?

The stock price is less than $2 per share, so it's not like the money raised by the stock purchase is going to fund a new factory in China or anything... [Read More]

It seems to me that they were simply typing what they heard said, using the words rather than the punctuation signs.
