I have the world's smartest wife. She knows I'm not into exercising and so she bought this quilt for our bed that weights between 125 and 150 pounds I think. We do not use it at night, it falls on the floor, but in the morning when I make the bed my heart rate is up to a level even the AMA says is higher than most athletes during a NBA game. Someday when she retires I'm going to let her make the bed and I will just run 10 miles a day in under 4 minutes.

Well I almost have my breathing back to normal; I think I will tie my shoes.

Instead of having a, "Body by Jake," you'll be "Quilt Built!"

Besides fitness, I see another application here. Here's the TV pitch: "Hey parents, do your kids refuse to stay in bed? Tuck them in with this quilt and they'll stay put. Guaranteed. No batteries needed. This quilt is gravity powered."

Like the way you think, Wilson ... creatively! And, no, I've not forgotten your book ... have to get to that yet. Tho' the book's been edited (the one I was editing, not yours), the cover's taking longer than I tho't it would. After doing up both some ideas I had, and some of others, we'll perhaps post some more updated ones in that thread I started with it before ... with a few "rather busy" cover ideas. ;)

This woman is remarkable. Sharon has come up with another exercise program for me. She throws things away before I have read them. I get exercise bending up and down digging things out of the trash.

Young people today think they have to join a gym. There are things around the house you can do for free.

I would write more but I have to get my wind back first. WOW what a woman I married almost 44 years ago!!

'Just about anything I see in the GR Press is gotten this way; I don't too often do that, tho' .... :basic05
