I see reports of bad weather from North Dakota to Michigan and Maine. How can we pray for those in need, specifically?

For the moment, Kenosha weather isn't causing "problems." It's just causing irritability!

It is terrible here; high 60's and bright sunshine.
(Does my posting this mean I'm not really sanctified yet?)

Some of the side roads are still a bit slick but it was a nice day here and it is supposed to be real nice next week.
The rest of Iowa in improving. Interstate 80 between Nebraska and Des Moines has reopened but travel is still not recommended in much of the rest of the state. Utility crews are still working to restore power to many Iowans and clean up of all the tree damage will take a long time.

Jim-
While I don't feel personally qualified to decide on this, I'm sure it wouldn't bee too difficult to find a number of people who would feel eminently qualified to do so. I don't think they're on any endangered species list.

The storm that hit the midwest hard was fairly gentle here in upstate NY. We got a little snow, then a little ice and then some rain. There may be flooding down the hudson since it was 45 today and we still have about a foot of snow. No significant power outages.
We started the winter with quite warm temperatures. Since about mid-January, the temperatures have been significantly below normal. Next week is also expected to be cold. The added heating costs will be a significant hardship to many. We have one teen associated with our church whose family seems to be having some financial difficulties. We have been trying to reach this family for years. So if you could pray both for their weather and spiritual problems I would appreciate it.
Doug
