I am having trouble reading some html pages with the way I have Firefox set.

What size font and what type font would you recommend?

Hi Paul,

The below images reveal my settings:

I allow pages to choose their own fonts because when I build web pages for my site I code them for a certain font and size and for a certain OS, (ie) Windows, Linux or Mac. If you were to view my site and have your browser set to a different font then I have it written the page would not be as viewable as it was originally intended.

Wow, Ken, your explanations are nice and clear! Thanks!

You might try installing the Microsoft ClearType Tuner (http://www.microsoft.com/typography/cleartype/tuner/Step1.aspx).

I use CTRL+ and CTRL- to change the font sizes on sites that have them too small.

Small, "pixel" fonts are all the rage in some circles.

I've tried this previously but yesterday I had big problems on some pages I was attempting to read.

Thanks for the heads up on ClearType Tuner
