I read it but way in the late 70s. Too long ago to remember anything about it.
Back in those days I actually believed those urban legends about the angelic hitchhiker. (Guy picks up a hitcher who makes some remark about the second coming being very soon then completely vanishing...)

Hahaha, lol Wilson!
I wanted a Biblical viewpoint on Angels. I just felt God leading me there ya know.
Not sure why yet. Years ago I learned to concentrate my thoughts and study time on God and not the extraterrestrial stuff. That approach can really take you away to places you don't need to go. A waste of time really.
Billy Graham uses strictly scriptural content to explain exactly what God's messengers are all about. That is what I was interested in. Not what people think through experiences. I have had too much supposition. Although, I must admit that I have had the pleasure of being in the presence of Angels a few memorable times in my life. Unforgettable really.
I will attach a pic of the last time I had divine intervention in my life. As I awoke from the impact I started to panic... My injuries were massive at that point. I shook my Dad whom was driving as he was not breathing. He came back alive. Then I verbally asked Christ for His help. It was all I could do to speak. The pain in my body was extream. A deep inner peace touched me physically. I can't explain it really. Something I will never forget.
A witness told me later that my body was three times its size in swelling as I sat in the truck! After I awoke in the ICU I'd had whiplash and a minor concussion. The combined speed of the head on collision was about 120 mph. My seatbelt had torn from its base. I had a circular bruise on my chest from hitting the steering wheel, I was the passenger of course... My Dad only had a gash on his forehead.

Praise the Lord!!! Thank God!!! Etc.!
Skeptics may ask, "Did God intervene for you? Was it angels? Why doesn't he intervene for everyone, everytime?"
You can say, "Whether God directly or angels or why or why not, I do not know. One thing I do know: I was in that car and I'm alive today, thanks be to God!"

For two weeks before the accident I had a real burden on my heart to ask God to allow me to live to see my son grow up. I said, "Lord, my son needs his Dad, please allow me to see him grow." I prayed every day many times a day.
I do not give any ground to skeptics, such as my Dad was. I have seen the literal hand of God, or angel's hand in another incident that took place in my life. I have seen the demonic face to face and fly away from me when rebuked.
For me, Wilson, it is not "if" it is, Lord how do you work with your angels. Show me how you work so I may understand your marvels and apply this understanding to my life for Your sake.
Skeptics are skeptics because of their unbelief and the lack of God working in their lives. In my opinion... Why else are skeptics, skeptical?
To go way off topic and to another thread below: If one chooses to remain in sin in an unrepented attitude, I think not that God would be at work in their lives as much as He desires too. Sin is a barrier or block wall between Us and God. Course it is one's choice to rationalize our sin too. God is not mocked...
