... looks to be a decent movie (PG13). Read the review that indicates it's a college guy training for the olympics. Somewhere through it all he learns that it's what's inside that counts as much/more than the outward abilities.
Put here because there was a blurb in the Best Buy flyer today that says one can get up to ten free passes --- yes FREE!! --- to this movie that are good for March 30, March 31 and April 1.
Go to: http://www.bestbuy.com/peacefulwarrior
and put in your zip code, and it pulls up theatres near you, so you can pick which one, tell it how many passes you want (up to ten), and it then opens up a page of them for printing out. It says to get there a bit early, so the passes can be traded in for tickets that are still available (only up to seating capacity), so that it's not guaranteed, unless you get there before seats are filled up. With as many theatres as there seem to be, tho', I'd guess that it wouldn't be too difficult to be able to actually USE these! ;)
Hey, at today's prices, I've not been to the theatre in a long time ... so, when a decent movie comes out, and it's not blizzardy weather (hopefully it won't be yet by then!), 'sounds like a good get-out-of-the-house deal! ;)
[please forgive me, moderators, for posting it on the "regular discussion forum," too ... since many more read there than here].
