it sounds like they will be starting a reduction of our men after the Iraqi election. Back down to 138,000 from 159,000 now and then further during next year. I think if we are a little more patient, we will see it for sure!

Not sure it's the Iraqi elections that are the factor here, as much as the 2006 Congressional elections.
