The W3C - validation is too strictly and trying to correct the mistakes after the recommended W3C - rules is a hopeless job - a true nerves fight - and I have had already contradicting results.
If you do write webpages, try this, then the work is much easier done,
e. g. mistakes are linked to short descriptions how to correct.

got 2 Warnings and 97 Errors.
And this means - correct HTML - code can not been found under the sun
(except someone is real hardly working for)
and
not needed - since every browser does interprete the mess in another way.
