View Full Version : Naznet Meeting Last Night in Nashville

Barbara and Carl Mouton, Barb and John Bouldrey, Sara Sheppard and Marsha and Martha Eva Gupton had a naznet meeting last night.

Thanks to Sara for coordinating the event. We met at Outback for dinner. (Yes, we chowed down on steak) then Sara had us back to her condo for dessert.

As they say, "a good time was had by all" Good fellowship, good food and a good time visiting with friends.

Once again thanks to Dave McClung for his vision in creating and having naznet available to us. I believe some lifelong friendships have been made by this online forum. Also, thanks to Scott Cundiff for keeping it up and running.

Fellowshiping with nazarenes and other denominations in my hometown as well as from around the world has enriched my life.

Again, thanks to Sara for coordinating last night's get-together and for making some delicious desserts.

It was a good evening. I just ate the leftover Coconut pie that Sara sent us away with. (She has a lovely home by the way.)

The steak was probably the best steak I've had in a long time.

Well I see that at least a few of you are still alive, so that is a good thing. It means my cooking didn't kill anyone.

I'm so glad you all were able to come to my home and visit for awhile.

See you again next year (maybe Marsha and I will drive to meet you somewhere else.)

Hey! What happened to driving through Southern Ohio? Make plans next time! Or next time let us know and we could all meet in Cincinnati or Dayton for dinner!

Martha and Larry were going to be away when we were coming through so we couldn't work it out. Carl is running the marathon today and then we will be heading home.

Carl is just savoring his steak. His was bigger than any of the others we ordered, but then I ordered chicken.

I am so thrilled with my photo.....LOL. Big, Bold, and ....whatever. LOL

Great evening, great food, great fellowship. John slept 10 hours that night. He really needed that.
