I noticed these tulips in my neighbors yard last week as they were fading fast. They had been much more lovely. There was just something about them that caught my attention.

that's a beautiful picture, Cindi. i don't think the words "nothing spectacular" should EVER be used in describing God's creation! thank you for sharing the picture with us :)

Allow me to rephrase that then...

After seeing (and using in PowerPoint) Joel's images with thousands of tulips, I meant that my few tulips seemed rather small in comparison. Certainly not questioning God's creation! :) Although, I was questioning his creation of weeds this afternoon! Ha!

I totally missed Tulip Time this year. It is the first time in my life that I have missed 4 days of work from being sick. :basic04 I was better by Saturday but then I was just too busy to go up town and I didn't want to risk walking 6 blocks to town and find out I wasn't okay. The port-a-potty lines can get pretty long. :eek: So your tulips are it for this year. I won't be posting any.

Oops, then Cindi, you'd better get out there and take some MORE tulip pictures so we can all get our fill of Tulips this year!! I always look forward to Joel's as well. Your picture is so lovely, Cindi. Someone said it looked like a postcard -- I agree!! Great job!

Joel -- sorry you were sick -- hope you're all well now!!
