will move a floor or two higher in the building they are in and is so large that the PO is giving them their own zip code. Now you fellows, dont tell this to your wife LOL

This is mostly unrelated, but I was wondering the other day how the US hasn't run out of zip codes yet? I mean the five digit thing only provides for 99,999 of them, which averaged out is only 2,000 per state. Sure, some states use a lot less than that, but I'd assume some states use significantly more.
Once again the Canadians have outsmarted us on this one and they don't even need the huge number of options they have.

We have a system with 4 digits and 2 characters. Together with your street number, it is an unique address. For instance, "Wilgenlaan 10, Dordrecht", has the zip code 3319 XL. That means that the address "3319 XL 10, The Netherlands" is already sufficient for the post office.
