1 cup whipped topping
1 sm package instant chocolate pudding mix
8 crushed Oreos
Rest of tub of whipped topping

Warm fudge topping 1 minute in microwave
Add 1 cup whipped topping and blend with whisk
Add instant chocolate pudding mix and blend with whisk 2 min.
Add chopped Oreos and blend

ON FOIL:
Layer 4 ice cream sandwiches side by side
Spread with 1/2 of topping mixture
Layer 4 more ice cream sandwiches
Spread with remaining topping mixture
"Frost" with rest of the tub of whipped topping
Sprinkle with more cookies

Wrap in foil and freeze 4 hours.
Let set about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

NOTE: I found all of these ingredients "sugar free" and made this today for Memorial Day cookout. So, you can do this one sugar free, if needed.

I have tried that recipe Barb! Very good.
Then someone brought to my attention another version. Granted its not sugar free.

Instead of using ice cream topping and pudding it calls for that ice cream topping that gets hard like a shell. They have reese peanut butter cup flavor along with some other flavored ones. They also have plain chocolate.
It makes a crunchy layer.
so a layer of sandwiches
then a layer of cool whip
then squeeze the hard shell chocolate on that till its covered . Then layer again.

When I used the reese's flavor, once i added peanuts to the top(under the shell) and middle. Another time I added reese's pieces.
