Prior to today, approx, all I did was hit the PrtScn button and then opened either Paint Shop Pro or Microsoft Digital Image Pro 7 and there is was - I had magically captured the image on my desktop.
But now those options are grayed out - in both programs. I've done a restart hoping that would correct the problem, but nope.
Any suggestions?
