I received this very easy recipe today;
Pistachio Bundt Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm package of pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Few drops of green cake coloring
Can add crushed pistachio nuts if desired
Mix all ingredients
Spoon into a greased bundt pan
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
Sounds good to me!
