Challenge...meeting challenges

spend a challenging day in my new place of work

every where i go..seems learning the curve has been raised

I appreciate any thoughts and prayers sent my direction.
they gave me all of 4 hours to orientate
and i am on my own

wishing i could speak Filipino..and Spanish

I, too, know the challange of new positions without adequate orientation so I will be praying that all goes well.

Every day is a new day..and I learned two new procedures
today. Am grateful to still be of sound mind and body to
absorb something new.

also Crossed trained in the Emergency Room. Remembered
straightway why i do not work ER

I find it so hard to work with sick little babies

How ya doing? Praying 4 U with deep understanding of the "cultural" learning curve that this community is. (the good news is that tagalog--which is probably the Filipino dialect you are hearing most-- is fairly similar to spanish :) The bad news is that you probably won't be here long enough to be fluent :) )

Did you make it through your solo night? How was your day "adventuring"?

Hi Kim
guess you are back from LA???
My solo day-night was good
have the next one tomorrow..have to work thoe day shift
Told Marsha..that i fear am becoming a heathen as have nt been
able to
attend church for awhile
the interet is another story..i am currently here at my stamtish at the
internet cafe..and the reception is poor, have had to
reboot several times

Hiled in a georgous place..park along the HWY thru Carmel Valley today
and went to Point Lobos yesterday
