Summer is here. It is hot and somewhat steamy. Surprisingly, the tomatoes are ripening early this year. We had our first one last week. Saturday's bacon and tomato sandwiches were great.

Summer also is a good time to have grandchildren hanging around. Picture one is Cameron, almost one year old. Picture two is three year old Ava. She loves her grandfather.

Goodness, I remember when you were a newly wed, and did not have children yet. I sort of feel like your wife had enough to put up with at that time--just taking care of you. Right? ha

Now, Anne. I have changed a lot since you knew me at TNC. Sure, I have gotten worse, but I have changed a lot. Seriously, I can't believe how fortunate I have been to have married Diana. She is the most incredible woman I have ever known, and my love for her grows each day. And, then to realize how God has blessed my children and now grandchildren, blesses me greatly.
