2-3 cups cut up cooked turkey or chicken (i used my t-giving leftovers!)
1 can cream chicken or cream mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 tsp. cumin
1 pkg. soft tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
mix the cut up turkey or chicken with the soup, sour cream, taco seasoning & cumin
tear up the tortillas into bite-sized pieces
layer the ingredients in your crock pot -- first a layer of tortillas, then about a third of your chicken mixture, then a layer of shredded cheese (just to cover the chicken) -- repeat the layers so there are 3 layers of each, with the top being just cheese
set your crockpot on low and cook 6-8 hours, or on high for about 3-4.
enjoy with shredded lettuce, salsa, green pepper, black olives, diced tomatoes, or whatever else you like on your tacos!

I tried this recipe today, to use up my turkey from Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. I will be using this again.
