The "Thanks button" is a very popular NazNet add on. It is an easy way to respond to a post without doing a post just to say "thanks."

It is also nice to receive thanks. Say you want to review which of your posts have received thanks...here's the way to do it.
Find any post that you have done -- you will see that your name at the top of that post is clickable - click on it. Pick "view public profile."
Scroll down to "Forum Info" and you will see a "Thanks section."
You can then click on "Find all thanked posts"
That will give you a list of all posts you have done that have received "thanks."
The first link will give you the thread in which the post appears while the second link will take you directly to the post itself.

I have a personal goal to give thanks more than I receive thanks. Please don't thank me for this.

PS: I seem to be falling farther behind. I have to get busy thanking people.

The secret is to avoid saying anything worth being thanked for.

I can't seem to find the appropriate thread for my question but I have used the Thanks button on several posts and it just disappears and it doesn't seem to register that I have given thanks. The same thing appears when I click the laughing button. I went to the view your own "thanks" and it appears like I have never given thanks. Is there a step beyond just clicking the thanks button that I am missing or is something wrong my IE

Ok so I tried right clicking and used the "open link in new tab" and it thanked my first post and it will work like that everytime, however i doubt thats how the thanks button is suppossed to work.
