We rented Shooter last night, which stars Mark Walhberg as a retired sniper, who is enlisted to help foil a plot to kill the President only to wind up the prime suspect in a giant manhunt.
This was a surprisingly good movie. The directing and acting was pretty good, although I'm wondering if Danny Glover had a stroke at some point, because he was slurring a lot of his words; I don't remember that from other movies. There were a few moments where some real sketchy suspension of disbelief was required, but all in all, it was a fun, suspenseful action movie.
There was a bit of blood and quite a lot of violence (explosions, machine guns, etc).
