Stop e-mail notification

I want to stop e-mail notifications of a thread in which I've been participating. How do I do it?

Open the thread, click on "thread tools" and then "unsubscribe from this thread."

Do I have to go through this procedure for each thread on which I have posted, or is there a 'blanket' method that can be used?

If you go to Quick Links - scroll down and select - Subscribed Threads it will bring up all of the threads you have posted to. Then on the far right you can select the subscriptions you want to delete or change. At the bottom of the page you will see Selected Threads - Move to Folder and you can choose no notification, instant, daily, or weekly notification.
