Bob Evan's Mother Passed Away

Please pray for Bob and his family. His mother, Ruth, passed away in a nursing home in Kankakee this week.

Bob's father was our pastor while we attended Olivet and John's mentor. What a wonderful Sheperd Pastor was Glen Evans.

My heart goeas out to Bob. I have lost a mother and father.

Dwayne's retired, minister father was put in a nursing home last week. They plan to work it out for him to be in the room with Dwayne's mother.

No one can quite take the place of those old Christians Warriors of the cross. Glad John had godly mentor like that.

Glenn and Ruth pastored in Upstate New York, and I remember them as caring colleagues. I trust there are still across the church individuals who so beautifully demonstrate the spirit of Christ.
