An old Scottish minister had an absoluty horrid wife, and all knew it. At her funeral the ministers friends said, "Well you will be glad she has gone" Old minister replied, "Far from it, that woman was God's gift to drive me to prayer" LOL

As for understanding wifes brother, does any mere mortal man? ;)

I understand perfectly. And I'm sure my wife would say I am God's gift to her to drive her to her knees as well!:w)

Well, stubble is nasty ... rough. After it's grown out a bit, it's not quite so bad as when it short stubble. Danny had a mustache just about "forever." ;)

UUHH-OOHHH !!

I think my wife is like the Trinity, it is a great mystery that I will never fully understand, but it is beautiful and I am eternally grateful for it.

That is probably the best compliment a wife can get from a theologian! :M)

Crawling, huh? 'Guess that might be called 'baby steps,' such as in a funny movie I've, for some reason, never forgotten. ;) Yeah, Danny & I watched "What About Bob?" once long, long ago. :basic05

Nope, she doesn't lurk on here. She has yet to get into the message board world. She peeks over my shoulder some when I am on though, lol.

So, then you can open your post, go to "View," "Text Size," "Increase" ... and find some excuse to leave your computer for a couple of minutes ... so she can read/can't miss that compliment, eh? ;)

Can any of you imagine how I love to kiss all of that soft curly hair on the top of Dwayne's head. He does not get on Naznet and write Mean things about me. "I AM SO PRECIOUS." Then I looked at him and said, "Isn't that right, honey?" He didn't even ask me "What?" He just smiled so sweetly and nodded his head in agreement
Ha

But women claim that they have men all figured out and can anticipate their every thought and move. Forty five years of theis eeriness. I am not even sure if I have even gotten somewhat acquainted with her for if I try to anticipate her response I am absolutely wrong 200% of the time.

Gina and Mike, I am surprised that neither of you or Jim, noticed that there is no soft curly hair on the top of Dwayne's head. But, ladies love bald heads, also. He loved me just as much, the two times I was totally baldheaded. No, he did not see mey head at birth.

I sure don't claim that. My husband is still a mystery to me in many ways.

Wondered, actually, what you were talking about, Miss Anne! Didn't think there was hair on that head! ;)

If not always, seems that's the way it goes lately, eh, Ian? But, as Laurie said, "We love those mad threads!" :basic05
