That will be me in January when we take Lindsey to Missouri to finish her last 2 years of college........LOL

Wow! And so true. We worried how each of our children would make out on the first day of school, it was such a big step. Then when our oldest left for his first day of college, I thought, no big deal, I'm ready. When he left I had a tear in my eye, I spent close to a couple of hours in tearful prayer. The answer I heard was "bring him up in the way that he should go and he will not depart from it." My reply "yes that's what is worrying me, did we do a good job?" As things turned out, that day some seven years ago really was no big deal. Josh went away to college he left well adjusted, he came back well adjusted, he has made us proud. The Lords promise is true!

Sure wished my sons had gone to college maybe we still wouldn't be involved in their support at 40 and 35. But at the time they were ready for college I was unemployed and they just said, "College hasn't done you much good."
