tell me again what was the last camera you purchased? I think you posted a photo of it? I have a friend who is looking to buy a good camera and I think his wife is going to start a photo studio out of their home.

Well, I myself have a Nikon D70. For Hannie, we bought a Canon S2.

If she is going to start a photo studio, tell her to check the Nikon D300. It has only been available in the U.S. market for a week, but is the "hot" camera for this Christmas season.
All of the reviews I have read give it raves. I have not ordered one yet, but plan to do so in the near future.

Good recommendation. Mine isn't available anymore anyway.

Hans...I don't know what kind of memory card you are using. My old memory card just "died". I checked them out online and I bought a SanDisk Ultra II CompactFlash
2 GB . I am in awe at the difference in my pictures with this new Memory Card! I have a Nikon D70.
My old computer died. So now, with this new computer, I have to figure out how to put pictures on NazNet! One of these days.....

SanDisk is a good brand.

You may want to explain that. A memory card can be faster and more reliable, but I don't know how it could influence the quality of one's pictures.
