Have any of you considered ways in which your church can generate revenue using online services? I'm not necessarily talking about putting ads on your website (although that would be a possibility), but more along the lines of targetted affiliate programs.

What sorts of programs have you tried, and with what success?

GoodSearch is a search engine that donates 1/2 of its proceeds (about $.01 per search) to charitable/non-profit organizations. Organizations register with GoodSearch, and then their members/friends search the internet through GoodSearch. GoodSearch uses Yahoo! to generate its search results, so you still get great search results.

GoodShop is a program run by the same people that allows people to have a portion of their online shopping donated back to their sponsoring organization. For instance, my wife and I are considering buying iPod Nanos for Christmas, we can get $199. iPods at MacMall for $179...and they'll donate 1.5% back to the church.
