Well, after 4 days off, it sure is hard to get up and hit the road again. It is cold down here in East Texas, I know some of you think 37 degrees is not
cold. But to us Senior Citizens in Texas it is cold.

Hope all of you have a great day back to work and see you tonight.

I am also in east Texas Mami. The wonderful thing about this area is we may have cold weather for 4 or 5 days then it warms up to comfy 65-70 degrees with the beautiful sun shining!!:q)

On the other hand, I went thru that weather 2 days for several hours with the door and windows flung wide open while my husband repainted our ceilings since he had time off. I froze to death! We also have had no internet and bad cable tv with Suddenlink since that cold front blew through here. Finally back up today!! YEAH!!

11 degrees in North Central Minnesota! Wind blowing....so I'm clueless what the wind chill is! I can feel the air come in our back door by the computer desk! Brrrrrrrr..... We're getting a tiny little snowstorm right now. It's supposed to be done by midnight! My sister lives in Michigan, 70 miles south of the big bridge. They are expecting lake effect snow tonight! (that means lots of snow!) Ok....now I'm going to go get a blanket! hahaha!

Andrea, where in East Texas do you live? I am in Jacksonville, but will be moving back home to Whitehouse in about 2 weeks. Hope warm weather stays around until we move.

Hi Mami,

If you head south on 69 and south of 59 we are in the Lake Livingston area. I had to pull out our map to see where you were. I have not heard of Jacksonville. I am not native to this area either.

Oh, that is okay. We are back in the 60 degrees and wearing short sleeves again. Thanks for your generosity.

Uh, maybe for Christmas day and that's it!! I would love to see some snow on Christmas day. Until then, I suppose I'll be thankful for the warm weather.
