KU, which Missouri beat, goes to the Orange Bowl.

Illinois, which doesn't belong in a BCS bowl in the first place...and who Missouri beat...goes to the Rose Bowl.

This is the reason the conferences need to end this joke of having championship games.

The bowls should just invite who they want, who cares if there's three teams from one conference (besides the other conferences)?

Although, what it's given us is a Michigan-Florida game on New Year's Day, which might be the game I'm most excited to see.

I'm thinking Florida wins that game by three touchdowns. You?

In this crazy season, I can see Michigan winning because Florida gets over confident and the team wants to end Carr's career on a high note. Course your prediction could also happen:basic02

Hopefully Illinois proves that the Rose was justified in picking them and plays USC tough.

While the Rose may have liked Georgia, I can understand them not picking them because they were so ticked about loosing Iowa in years past and I think they have tweek the rules so that they couldn't. Yep they have -

C. When two bowls lose host teams, then the bowl losing the number one team may not select a replacement team from the same Conference as the number two team, unless the bowl losing the number two team consents.

So it seems reasonable to me that they would have picked Missouri leaving Kansas in the cold. Leaving a bowl picture looking like:

Title - OSU - LSU
Rose - USC - Missouri
Orange - VT - WVa
Fiesta - OU - Arizona st.
Sugar - Georgia - Hawii

So Arizona State has a right to be ticked also and Kansas should be very thankful.

I think it will be a really fast-passed, high-scoring game. The big Michigan players have been hurt all year and crushed under the weight of expectations. This is still the same team that was supposed to be incredible this year and they've got nothing to lose.

I expect Florida will win, but if you're giving 21 points, I'll take those odds.

I'm not a betting man, but if I were, I'd never give Michigan and 21 points, just because I'd never have to. There are enough folks who think the Big 10 is a powerhouse conference that you could find plenty of action at a lower number.
