Late -- usually midnight or later. More than 6 hours of sleep and I feel wasted.

Usually around 8:00. Once in a while I pull an all-nighter and stay up until 10:00. :basic05

Oh, sorry Peggy, I thought my wife Susan was posting. Her and the dog go to bed pretty early too.

I go to bed about 1 or 2 a.m. and get up at 9:30 a.m.
I plan to begin going to bed at midnight.
Chemo robbed me of sleep, and I got in the habit of this.
I went off of it last November, and I am trying to learn to sleep.

My goal is to be in bed before 10, but I don't always reach it. I'm a morning person.

Anytime between 10pm and 1 am. It doesn't matter when I go to bed, I always wake up no later than 5:30am.

Usually about 10:00 - 10:30 p.m.
6 hours later, I'm usually up and going.
Lately though, in this "cooler" weather, I've been sleeping in until 5:00 or 5:30 a.m.

Since the time change I can't sleep past 4:30 - 5:00 AM.
Maybe now that I have retired (last Friday) that will change.

I am nocturnal by nature - often getting to bed about 3am but still getting up at 7am. I do have an afternoon nap many days for an hour or so. I only sleep 4 hours no matter what time I get to bed - so I stay up until I'm tired.
Staying up so late allows me freedom from distraction or interruption.

I usually go to bed somewhere between 11:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. My husband usually comes to bed later than me. I finally found a night light that gives him enough lite when he comes up to get ready for bed and doesn't keep me awake. We also got a new bed so I am getting more sleep now than I used to.

Congratulations Christine on your retirement. Now we retirees are supposed to be in bed by 9 PM according to legend and I would like to do so but circumstances dictate otherwise so often it is 11 PM or after.

I usually read until about 1, but then I have no schedule where I have to get up each day, except Sundays. I can sleep until 9.
When I taught school I went to bed at 10:30. But I am a night person.

Well, very late during the holidays, but I go to bed at least by 2 a.m. when school is in session. Jordan and I don't start until 10 a.m., so I make it on time. I got into the habit of that, after being on chemo for so long. It cause a lack of sleep, that nothing has ever helped for me. But, now that I m off of it, Tylenol P.M. is helping a little.

Bedtime? Midnight and then I like to read for a little while. When I was a kid, I would go to bed, and then I would stand by the window, and read via the yard light. Then get up early to help milk cows.

I aim for 1 am...sleep doesn't really happen til 2 am or so...If I have a migraine it will be much later than that. I am allergic to mornings. :fun05
Like Jill, I used to read with a flashlight under the covers when I was a kid. Often my mother would find me at 3am reading a book and scold me.

Congratulations on your retirement!
I go to bed late. The time depends from night to night. There is no discipline.
I am a "night" person. I have been seen at Wal-Mart many times after midnight.....then I wish morning came a few hours later.
