Ian, I am very happy for you. Not much time for you to be praising him for his provision! May he grant you joy and peace Ian, and may you fervently seek it so that you will know when he gives it. This is a good day, tomorrow can be better!

Praise the Lord for His blessing for employment, my buddy. May the road ahead be fulfilling as you serve our Lord in the place He has put you. Great!

I'm very glad for you! I've learned in my intermittent battles with "the Shadow" (my nickname for depression) that the best thing to make the Shadow feel at home is to have lots of time to sit around and entertain it. Being busy helps to keep it away.
So, God bless you and may you "keep all sorts of busy" in 2008! :basic05

Ian, that is WONDERFUL! Praise the Lord!
Isn't He wonderful, wonderful, wonderful?
Isn't Jesus our Lord, Wonderful?
Eyes have seen, ears have heard,
It's recorded in His word.
Isn't JESUS our Our Lord, WONDERFUL?
Faith in God, can move a mighty mountin.
Faith can clm, the troubled sea.
Faith can make the dessert like a fountain.
Faith can bring the VICTORY!
How big is God? How big is God?
He's BIG ENOUGH to care for you and me.
Heaven is His home, and earth His footstool,
And. we're engraved in the palm of His hand.
Remember, We are engraved in the palm of His hand! THAT MEANS YOU!

I call it the black bird on my shoulder, we all have different descriptions.

That's an apt description - I like it. Sort of like Poe's raven, only closer and more in your face.
