famous potatoes but have you heard of or tried the Idaho Spud candy bar made here in Boise by the Idaho Candy Company. White marshmellow center with a chocolate coating with bits of nut to resemble potatoe eyes. Delightfully tasty. Just tonight on the news it was mentioned that the company is starting to ship them to China.

The spud is tasty, but I like the Old Faithful and Cherry Cocktail (https://www.idahospud.com/index.html) better. The butter toffee is really good too.

When we're there we like to go to the Idaho Store in the mall to get gifts for friends and coworkers back home. I'll have to look for those next time I'm there. BTW the potato gun was a big hit in my husband's office. :D
