would you believe me if i share that the air is chilly?? at least in the morning and late night..
taken from Cabrillo Monument,allows a good view of the harbor. The hills are hard to shoot due to smog. They were aflame during the recent firesorm15359
This would be a lovely photo Hans, if the sun would only set in the east!:)

i shot this without getting wet!! This is the beach/tide pools (covered now with water) at Cabrillo..you are veiwing the surge of waves from the Pacific Ocean15365

Thanks Hans..i purposefully was trying to shootthe sunset on the city..and did not discipline myself to use the tripod:basic04
so returned this eveing with my tripod and was rewarded with a few really good pics of the city at sunset..all lit up for Christmas

will share later

You will notice improvement with the use of a tripod
