It is really not that hard Mike, other teams from the SEC do it pretty often.

....that's the problem, Billie.....others do it.....but the Bucks have had a difficult time doing it!! ( lol ).......hope they have a better time of it against LSU.........

There's been a few articles in the local rag about the Big 10 vs the SEC. It's late, so I may look them up another day, but it seems on the whole the Big 10 has been pretty even in bowl games the last several years with the SEC.
And Ohio State went 1-0-1 against LSU back in '87 and '88.
And this idea that the Bucks are too slow- well, OSU sends as many guys to the pros as anyone, and you can't be slow in the NFL.

Go to the sports column and hit OSU football. Sorry I couldn't get the direct link.

Wow, I did not realize that OSU was 0-8 against SEC teams in bowl games....that is impressive.

Oh yes, we have a terrible record against the SEC. No doubt.

Oh yes, we have a terrible record against the SEC. No doubt.
But, as they always say -- records don't help you win. OSU can make a statement with a win against LSU -- and in this season, we are all just waiting for some kind of statement from anybody instead of "oops".
The way this season has been, this will turn into a 0-0 game that goes 10 overtimes, then gets settled when a kick is blocked, rebounds off the head of cop standing in the end zone, is picked up and ran back, fumbled, picked back up in the opposite end zone, then someone falls out of the endzone. After a 30-minute review, which will include 2 coaching changes and a failed academic evaluation, the NCAA will step in and declare they are going to form a committee to study the effects of caffeine on academics. Somewhere in all of this, the game will have been forgotten and will be placed in the record books with an asterisk that will begin the Mitchell Report #2. Or, they could.....
