Does ministry fuel addictive behavior?

Below is a link to an excellent article by Sally Morgenthaler which shows some ways that clergy and parishioners can either help fuel addictions or provide an atmosphere where they are prevented. Although it is not the most current article, it would be worthwhile reading for all clergy and lay persons.
