I posted this in the main forum too.

So I am in the process of having a Gastric Bypass surgery. I have been taking steriods for three years and this seems to be the only thing that will help keep off weight. My husband is at the end of a Medical Discharge from the Army and we will be leaving March 3rd (from our on post house, the army, everything.) We will be staying with my parents until we receive his final pay and serverance check (sometime around April). THEN we will be moving to Green Bay, WI to start our new life. But I have to get the surgery before our move! I have completed 3/4's of the long process for the surgery and now need lots of prayers to finish w/in a decent amount of time. We also only have 6 months medical coverage starting March 3rd, so the sooner I have the surgery, the more medical I'll have post op (I hope that makes sense).

Ok, so I am DONE w/ my pathway classes and my consult for the psych eval is in the computer... now for the bad news...they are 6 WEEKS booked out here at our army hospital, and about 4 WEEKS booked out for a civilian consult. I am waiting for the phone call, probably tomorrow, to schedule the eval. Once that is scheduled, I'm suppose to call the gal that hates me, she's going to schedule my LAST apt w/ the surgeon who has the closest opening. She's also going to put me on the move-up list. It looks like my surgery would be around the end of February, beginning of March and that's not good 'cause we are MOVING OUT of our house on March 3rd!!!

I need lots and lots of prayers that God opens up spots, opens up apts, opens up cancellations ASAP (like preferably next week!). So that I can get the surgery ASAP and be healing before our move. I know he can do it, I know it can happen, so please say a prayer for me! Thanks!
