I thought of this while reading a comment (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,321472,00.html) by a co-host of the American TV program, "The View."
What is a saint? Is it someone who is mentally ill and "hears" God's voice beause of a hallucintion? Someone who's gone through a formal Church process? Are there living saints? What are your thoughts?

The Bible speaks of us as saints, but I don't think of myself as a saint. We need to have our sins covered by the blood of Jesus, His Holy Spirit dwelling within, and walking in all of the light He has shed on our pathway.
But, I don't consider myself to be a sinner. If so, why was the blood of Jesus shed for me? That goes back to walking in the light, that we have, and not behind it. We need not expect more light, until we have walked in what we have.
Then, that brings us to the fact, that if we have truly backslid, and gone back to living a sinful life, and know that we are--in order to come backto Christ, we have to go back to the point, in our spiritual experience to where we were before we left Him, out of our life. I would like some comments on that part. I understand it, I think, but this is what Dwayne has always told me. We don't lay again the first works, right? We ask for forgiveness, and continue our Christian life, walking in the light He had shed on our path, previous--before we left Him, out of our lives, and knew we had done so.

I'm one - been one since I was saved back in '61.
All Christians are Saints and priests before God.
And because the righteousness of Christ, I am PERFECT in His sight.
It's THAT simple.

Good, Bob. It's simple and it's scriptural.
