Yes, that is supposed to be a good way to keep track of what you put into your body. I'm not a very good "writer downer" either........but I'm learning. I now have to write down what I eat, how much insulin I take, what time I take it......etc. etc. Not forever, but for a couple of months while I'm in diabetic counseling. It's a royal pain......I'm trying very hard to cooperate........very hard.........

We can do this.

Pretty well. I do not "deprive" myself of anything but I don't eat it if I don't want to write it down!
I think the thing that I am learning is that I just like to munch all day to relieve boredom. So why do I eat like that? That is what I am trying ot find out. I have been exercising pretty regularly since August ao I think it is time to add this step.

Well you have my number and you can call me. May get a little pricey though in long distance charges. Hey, wouldn't it be nice if we lived close to each other and we could just get together for tea. A cup of tea wouldn't hurt our diets! And we could chew over all the naznet threads and posts! :)

I got in the habit of writing everything down because of Weight Watchers. This week I am venturing out and trying their Core plan, where you don't write anything down. We'll see. It was a depressing evening at WW tonight... I think their scale was broken :o

For those of you trying to loss weight.. HAVE FAITH. I joined Weight Watchers right before Christmas...haha.

I would lose a pound, gain a pound... I have not been serious or devoted now for 6 weeks. Last week, I got serious. I went shopping. Everything that I bought was a part of the CORE plan. I cooked every meal at home (shocked everyone in the house:basic01)

I went to WW last night and lost 8.2 pounds. I am using this as my starting point. It was pretty exciting! But it has given me the motivation to keep that number going down.

So... Have faith that you can do it... Have dedication because your body deserves it... and know that God is your biggest cheer leader.

This little phrase is what helped me last week. It paid off.
