Oh goodness, that's what I did wrong this morning!!! Just stepped on the scale 20 minutes ago. Always depressing news late winter. :basic04 The jeans I wore at Christmas are now too tight. UGH!!!!! I'll go back and try laying on the floor and "looking up"

I will be so glad when it warms up and I feel more active again.
