Right now I am in the midst of sick kids- strep throat (had to call in absent to work), sick husband, and I am recouperating from bronchitis...
But as I was sitting thinking, my blessings and my praises out numbered today's hinderances...
* Blessed to have healthy children. Even with the amount of surgeries that my children have had, God has blessed me with Christian sugeon's and medical team that I trust more than anything.
* My husband who I love more and more everyday. Watching him gain confidence and strength after having the lap-band surgery 2 months ago.
* My job was orchestrated by God. No human could have put everything in to place to work as good as it has.
* My home, cars, etc are running and keeping us safe and warm.
* My involvement with our new church after a very painful 7 months after leaving our church home of 10 years. I have found a group of ladies at a Bible Study that I am getting to know. I am joining ministry again.
* My weight loss is going forward or down. My whole family is eating better and we are supporting eachother. Not one of us is doing this alone.
* My daughters' school is probably the best one available to us. We went through a lottery system to get enrolled. They are determined to help us with my daughter's reading disability and won't stop until we get the results that we need.
All in all, I feel complete. Each day has its challenges and stresses, but it is amazing that when you remove yourself from the temporary, how good life is as a whole. God is awesome.
I hope you all have a list of praises that can conquer today's trials.
