I know you are an intelligent person so forgive me for asking this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is wondering. Do you know this boy or his family personally? This is a common hoax.

I started to reply that this was not a hoax (and it's not really) because I live near Stanford, KY and had heard about Josh from a co-worker who lives in Stanford. However. I looked it up on the internet to see if this was the child I was thinking of. It was the same boy but sadly he passed away in October. He was 13.
