This is Hans at Bob's place: Yes I am! You don't even see that this picture was taken at something like 5am in my time!

And I was very, very happy and grateful to catch my plane from Chicago to Boise. Like 2/3rds of the flights from O'Hare were cancelled! Dreadful weather.

Welcome to the midwest in February. You probably flew over some of us on your way into Chicago.

It's stories of these smaller naznet meetings that make me look forward to the bigger meetings at general assembly.

Have a great time guys. I am looking forward to reports from the conferance.

How's the rehab going Dana?

**cough** pardon the intrusion on this thread for just a minute.....but......

It's going great! I have almost no soreness left. I walked 0.8 miles on the treadmill yesterday (I could have gone quite a bit longer, but they wanted me to do other exercises), and 2+ miles on the stationary bike. Plus stretches and upper body exercises. Plus a good meeting about fats, triglycerides, and their effects on your body and arteries. The rehab is quite worth every penny (lots of pennies).

Thanks for asking. The rehab is also helping with my emotional health, as well.

Back to your regularly scheduled thread.........

Yeah, we flew over Michigan, we came in from the North, flying over the Hudson Bay.

Thanks for the picture, Kevin. Now I'll know what you all look like when I try to find you today. Avatar pictures don't always do us justice, I'm afraid.

Talking to Scott Daniels today and he remarked that from my Avatar he thought that I was probably a very large person. I'm not, I'm only 5'7" and so I'm substantially shorter than him. I thought it was very interesting how we get certain images in our heads from Naznet and then when we meet the person in the flesh they are often quite different.
