Leaving NazNet can be done at different levels. Here they are:
1. Stop posting or visiting the site. That's really all it takes. There is no need to announce your intentions (unless you want to make a big deal about it). Just walk away.
2. Some people use email notification, receiving copies of new posts to threads as emails. If you want to stop them, it is pretty easy. Log in if you aren't already. Click on "User CP" near the upper left of most pages. Along the left hand side of the screen you'll see "List Subscriptions" - click on it, then unsubscribe from the threads.
3. If there is one person who is driving you crazy you don't have to leave NazNet to get away from them. Click on their name on any post they have made. When you get to their profile page, look just below their picture or avatar near the top of the page. Click on "User Lists" and add them to your "ignore list." Once you do that, you won't see any of their posts. There is no need to announce that you are ignoring them, just do it and get on with your life.
4. If your concern is "Help, I'm posting and I can't stop myself" then you'll need the help of a moderator. Send the moderator a request to remove your registration. You will no longer be able to log in. Generally, we won't remove posts. After all, you posted them and it isn't the moderator's job to work through the forums finding your posts. If you are voluntarily asking for your registration to be removed you can come back later and start over again. However, you may not want to test the patience of the moderators too much - we're all just volunteers you know.
Anyway, that's how to "unjoin" NazNet.
