YEAAA!! It is so wonderful to have all the family under one roof.

We are going to Tyler's new place for Christmas this year. He invited us to spend it at his house --something different, for sure!! We're taking up a small tree, and I have collected ornaments for him since he was born, so we're going to take that special box with us, as well, and he'll have a whole tree decorated!! We're also taking all of our stockings that were lovingly made by my dearest friend 18 years ago! But he doesn't get to keep those!! HA HA

Tomorrow afternoon I'm going to my friend's house to learn how to make cinnamon rolls -- she makes the very best cinnamon rolls in the entire universe, and so she is going to teach me how to make them. That and fresh fruit will be our breakfast on Christmas morning (yes, I'm going to cheat and have one!!!)

Lindsey has requested QUICHE for Christmas dinner. SOOO, since quiche is very easy to make and I've never cooked in Tyler's kitchen, that's what we're going to have! I'm trying to come up with some great side dishes to go with quiche -- any ideas?

Anyway -- enjoy your girls, Barbara!! I just love having my family all together -- makes me want to do lots of group hugs!!!

Oh, and one more thing!!

We called the apartment manager and were given permission to take Ebony with us to Tyler's. We could take Katie, as well, but she does NOT do well in strange places, so our neighbors are going to give her lots of Christmas love and treats while we're gone. Bless her heart, she's just a little shy girl.....

Anyway, once Lindsey learned that Ebony could go with her, she was in a much better frame of mind to do something "different" this Christmas.....amazing, isn't it? HA HA

I got a great surprise when I got home from work. Lindsay was here. I was supposed to go pick her up but she got a ride with her apartment roomate :-)

It was so nice to walk in and see her!!!!!!!!!!
