:fav18 Christmas in Harmony, by Phil Gulley, is a small book, but it is one of the most delightful books I have ever read.

It is written as if told by a Quaker preacher in Indiana. Gulley is a Quaker preacher. He exaggerates working with people in his church, but it is hilarious because I know exactly what he means.

Every pastor should read this delightful, refreshing, humorous look at Christmas in a small town church.

I read the original Harmony book and one other. The original was very good. It reminded me of Jan Karon's Mitford books. I haven't read the Christmas book, I'll have to look for it at the library.

I love getting recommendations for good books. And I enjoyed Jan Karon's books.
