I asked this question back before the restart and I need to ask it again...

This request is for pastors and other Nazarene clergy:
In a sentence or two tell how NazNet helps you and your ministry.

Thanks!

There are exchanges of thoughts on theological subjects. I find this helpful because I don't have all the answers and appreciate the thoughts of others. This can help in shaping a sermon, counseling someone, etc.

I'm not a Pastor, just the music guy, yet I need to continually interact with our congregation, otherwise where is the ministry. Naznet has been an enormous help helping me to love those I disagree with. It has also been a great help as the conversations here cause us to reach back and re-examine our beliefs. Without this sort of interaction we become lethargic, I think that we can fal back to a position where we know what we believe and have completely forgotten why. Naznet has been a great help there as well.

As more of a practical help, there always seems to be something that appears here that translates into something that can be used in the week ahead. I have used some of the backgrounds, which reminds me that I need to start thanking people when I do use them. This week I will be reading Wilson's top ten reasons.

I appreciate the people that post here!

Naznet prompts me to think about things I normally wouldn't give thought.

Naznet is a good resource when I need ideas.

The theology forum helps when I have a question about a scripture I'm using in sermon prep.

I use a lot of the jokes from the humor forum in my sermons.

Naznet is helpful when I need creative ideas for procedural items, such as elections.

I learned more about the last General Assembly (what was happening) from Naznet then I did anywhere else.

I have gained some new ideas from the insights of others into the various opinions about particular texts, and what might be included in worship services to make the event more meaningful. e.g. " A Healing of the memories service" we held last year.
