The last few months have moved so fast.
The last week has been really rough.
My Union had its AGM yesterday and as the Education Chair I had to get a few things completed.
I made a 8 page newsletter - called a Year in Review - showing our locals accomplishments (CUPE Ontario & National Reps really liked it), 5 different power point presentations, being a mom, meetings, Health & Safety Inspections, and I continued working and making arrangements for a trip with Jr.
Today I had a talk with my Pastor and a couple of people I respect in church. I told them I needed a break from making the power point presentations until my return from overseas.
But it feels weird sitting here and knowing I don't have to make sure they are made for next week. The first time in almost 4 years.
Like a small part of me went to sleep for a bit - does that make sense?
