I'm in Nampa for a couple days. If we can get a quorum (me + 1 or more) together, maybe we could meet for breakfast Saturday AM. say 9ish? Any recommendations for a place to go?

I think the name of the place is the Dutch Kitchen. It's a trip. A half Chinese half American restaurant. There's Chinese decor and windmills. Very odd, but the breakfast food is good.
Not that I'm a Nampa person, I've just been there once, but I've been to that restaurant twice.

I thought it was the Dutch Inn? Anyway, here it is http://picasaweb.google.com/h.deventer/USAFeb2008/photo#5166565629883705602

Well it's a good thing I didn't suggest meeting Friday PM. Turns out Rich Haygood's retirement reception is this evening. I probably won't go sinced I didn't bring clothes appropriate for the occasion. Anyway, I've gotten one response via e-mail & we're working on picking a place to go.

Hal, if you check this before the messages on your parents phone which my first effort to contact you. Waiting for a call back. Jim
The Dutch Inn used to be operated by a Nazarene family, I believe and then they sold it to the Chinese man with whom I have done map and atlas business. I have eaten there both before and after the change of ownership.

Certainly enjoyed the breakfast, meeting you, Hal and the fellowship. Thanks for arranging it. Give me more lead time next time you come this way and I'll try to prepare some of the cheese soup I promised.
