Is there a difference between healing and wholeness?

Clarification question. Are there times when God may not heal a person totally, but He heals their spirit, and even though they may have multiple disabilities, they achieve a measure of wholeness? What do you think?

I believe that God can heal a person's spirit and emotions so that they can have peace as they endure the illness. I have seen it often.
