in nw Indiana is going up, up, up. There is a big notice in our paper this morning, and already ours has more than doubled. They are raising the prices even if you are on budget.
NIPSCO has a monopoly here. And because of that, I suppose they can put any price on it they want. They even charge for delivery, even though its the same pipe that all our neighbors use!
If a company has a monopoly, there is nothing at all the residents here can do? Write letters?...which Im sure will be thrown in file 13. Write state politicians?.....who I am sure get their kickbacks.....what else.....grin and go broke?
