If I heard correctly one of his parents would have to be with him at all times. That would be quite a task for them. I really don't know how I feel about the question of him being allowed out for short times under supervision. Wonder what his doctors say.

They're allowed IN to visit, aren't they?

Crazy or not, people who try to assassinate the President of the United States don't need to be roaming the streets...even if they are escorted by their parents.

I agree with Bruce. His parents can go visit him. What if he overtakes his parent and runs on them? He is a danger to our society and needs to stay where he is.

No-he tried to kill a President. In most other countries he would be dead. Fortunately for him-here in America-he still has a chance at salvation. But let him do it on the inside.

Really? Most other countries in the world have the death penalty for attempted murder?

No. However, I think in a lot of other countries he would not have survived to stand trial. Those guarding the head of state would have killed him on the spot.
