Can you please tell me how to insert a link to a web page in a Naznet message? (I didn't see that particular question in the How-to forum.) :fun02

Here's the easiest way that I have found.

Put your curser in the browser of the page you want to link to.

Hit Ctrl A
Hit Ctrl C

Go to NazNet and start a post. When you get to the part where you want to insert the link simply.

Hit Ctrl V

Finish and then save your post.

Another way is to use the URL tags. In the example below, replace the {} with [] to get the desired result:

{url=http://www.ghnazarenechurch.org/}Gig Harbor Church of the Nazarene{/url}

Produces

Gig Harbor Church of the Nazarene (http://www.ghnazarenechurch.org/)

Alternatively, you can just type: www.ghnazarenechurch.org, and the software will automatically convert it to a link.

Hope that helps!

I usually just type it: www.pastorscott.com (http://www.pastorscott.com) and let the software do the linking for me. If I want to be fancy, I click on the http://www.naznet.com/community/images/greenish/editor/createlink.gifcreate link icon and type in the information there, it makes a nice Pastor Scott's Pages (http://www.pastorscott.com) link.

Thanks to both of you. I did it Barb's way. That link is on the thread about the Duggar family. I see it turned my copy/paste entry to a link, but I'm glad to know how to do this in case I want to do it on another site.
